Less leads lately
Anyone else notice a significant drop in leads ??? I have! I offer a lot of service and seems as if leads and views have dropped off a lot ..

I took a look and didn't see anything that immediately jumps out as a clear cause, so I have a couple of follow-up questions:
- Do you typically see seasonal ups and downs in lead volume? Could this be a time-of-year trend for some of your services?
- Have you experimented with your max lead prices recently?
One thing I noticed in your Performance Dashboard is that, for some categories, your ranking isn't consistently in the top positions. For example, in tile and grout cleaning, you're showing in the top 3 about 30% of the time. If there are certain categories that are especially important to your business, it may be worth increasing your max lead price (even if just slightly) to see whether that improves your ranking and visibility.
I'd also recommend checking the customer search trends in the Performance Dashboard. You can view demand over the past 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months to see whether customer searches in your area and categories have been down recently.
Beyond that, it may be worth refreshing a few parts of your profile. Getting a few new reviews, adding recent photos, responding to existing reviews, or updating your introduction can sometimes help keep your profile looking active and relevant. One Pro in the Community who operates multiple handyman locations has shared that he refreshes his intro every month or so and has seen positive results.
I know none of these are definitive answers, but after reviewing your profile, I didn't find anything obvious that would explain a significant drop in leads, so these are the areas I'd explore first.
