For a cleaning business, I think it is important to track more than just the number of leads.

The main things I would look at are response rate, how many leads turn into booked jobs, cost per booked cleaning, which service types convert best, and how many customers become recurring clients.

A one-time cleaning can be good, but a recurring customer is usually much more valuable long term. I would also track reviews, repeat bookings, and which areas bring in the best-fit customers.

Not every lead has the same value. The goal is not just to get more leads, but to understand which leads actually turn into profitable, reliable jobs.

I like to track our follow ups. Including messages, texts, and phone calls. Make sure we are capitalizing on all leads we pay for.

@MyCleanCharlotteMaid Thanks for sharing! Great point about looking beyond lead volume and tracking which leads actually turn into profitable jobs and recurring customers. That long-term value can make such a difference!

@Jonathan_Stickland Thanks for sharing also! Tracking follow-ups is a great callout—especially making sure every paid lead gets the attention and follow-through it deserves.
