Hi everyone! I am the Frank in Frank Zayas Photography. I’ve been on Thumbtack since its infancy, starting out in the Atlanta area but for the last 5 years now in the general Charlotte, NC area. Headshots, Family Portraits and Real Estate photography are my main areas these days. Thumbtack has connected me with some great clients that has turned into long running and lucrative relationships. WalMart, New York Life, and North American Automotive Group are just three of them. I’m greatful for the help T-tack has given my business over the years.

Hi @CVillePhoto , welcome to the Community, Frank! 👋 It's always great to meet someone who's been with Thumbtack since the early days, and what a journey from Atlanta to Charlotte!

I especially love hearing that some of the customers you originally connected with through Thumbtack turned into long-term relationships, including names like Walmart and New York Life. That's such a great example of how one connection can grow into something much bigger than the initial job.

With your years of experience on Thumbtack, I have a feeling you'll have a lot of valuable perspective to bring to conversations here, especially for newer photographers and pros working on building those long-term customer relationships. 📸
