Welcome! It really depends on what type of business you’re in. For me, responding quickly, asking enough questions before quoting, and not feeling like I have to win every lead have made a big difference. I’d also focus on getting great reviews early on—they’ve helped my business tremendously. Wishing you the best of luck!

Dont do this for the money, do this because you love it. Try helping your customers figure out thier issues that they are asking our community for. treat every customer like you would treat your family. listen and understand what they want. and repeat it back to them. offer up ideas but demand that they do it your way. educate and and update evrything you do. never take any thing personal. Understand what you can do and when you need help with things you cant do
