'Write a follow-up message to a customer who hasn't responded in a few days. Keep it casual and low pressure, no more than two sentences, and end with a simple yes or no question so they can respond easily.'"

This is a great article. We are still in the business of human interaction; I feel like customers want a genuine, helpful response. I believe that good AI prompts can take who we are and automate it. AI can learn how you talk and write; feed it information about you - emails you have written, texts you have sent. Prompt the AI to ask you questions that make it sound like you wrote it.
