Generating new leads thru AI

Hi,

I've gotten a few new leads thru AI and I'm looking to maximize that so I can get more referrals that way. Any ideas to boost my popularity? I already solicit reviews from clients.

    Hi @Tleeders , welcome to the Community! 👋 And great to hear you're already asking your customers for reviews. That's definitely something I'd keep doing consistently, especially after a successful job while the experience is still fresh.

    We actually asked some of our Top Pros how they approach asking customers for reviews, including when they ask, how they make the request feel natural, and what's worked for them. There are some great tips here:

    Reviews can help strengthen your overall online reputation and give future customers more confidence when they're researching your business. I'd be curious to hear from other pros too if they've noticed customers mentioning that they discovered their business through AI search!

    One thing is to make sure that your NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) is consistent everywhere you are listed. From your website, GMB, and here on Thumbtack. AI is looking for trust signals. You can ask your preferred AI platform. "You are my CMO, I need to appear in more AI chats, what can you find out about my company, perform an audit to let me know what changes I can make about my company [XYZ]. Provide me a step by step action plan."
