If you’re referring specifically to Opportunities, it’s worth keeping in mind that these customers may have already contacted other pros, so response rates can vary and not every customer will respond. The good news is that you aren’t charged for an Opportunity unless the customer responds.

If you’re seeing the same pattern with direct leads, that may be worth looking at separately. Your Performance Dashboard can help you review your recent activity and performance trends to get a better sense of what may have changed.
