Lots of profile views, but zero bookings: What am I doing wrong?
Hi everyone! My name is Suhail, and my company, Fast and Furious Cleaning, specializes in professional residential cleaning. We’ve been operating in Chicago for 3 years and have now decided to expand onto online platforms.
A question for the community: I registered a month ago, and in all this time, I’ve only received 4 leads. I’ve gone through all the training, fully optimized my profile, and always keep my advertising active (or turned on). I get plenty of views, but for some reason, people aren’t booking. What am I doing wrong?

Hello @Fast_and_Furious2026 , welcome to the Community! 👋 Since you’re getting plenty of profile views, customers are finding you, so I’d focus next on what they see once they land on your profile.
Since you’ve only been on Thumbtack for about a month, reviews are a great place to start. We’ve heard from Top Pros that reviews, strong photos, clear service details, and setting expectations around pricing can all help customers feel more confident reaching out.
