Reviews
Hi everyone! My name is Anastasia, and my company, Hello Cleaning Company, specializes in professional residential cleaning. We operated in Chicago for 3 years and have recently opened a new branch here in Los Angeles.
A question for the community: My biggest pain point right now is getting reviews. People are always eager to leave a negative review, but positive ones are so hard to get. How do you manage to get such a high response rate? In private messages, my clients are extremely happy and send so many warm words, but it all stays in the chats—they don't post those reviews online. How do you handle this? I've only been on the platform for about five months.

Welcome to the Community, @Hello_Cleaning_2026 ! 👋 And congrats on expanding Hello Cleaning Company from Chicago to Los Angeles!
You’re definitely not alone in this. One thing we consistently hear from Top Pros is to ask for the review while the positive experience is still fresh. If a customer is already sending you those kind words in a message, that can be a great moment to thank them and send a review request while the experience is top of mind.
Making it part of your regular post-job routine can help too, so every happy customer gets the same friendly reminder rather than waiting for them to leave a review on their own.
We actually have a Community post where Top Pros share how they approach this: How Top Pros Ask for Reviews.
Inviting our fellow cleaning pros to share what’s helped them encourage happy customers to turn those kind messages into reviews too! ⭐
