Hi everyone! 👋

I’m Matheus, the owner of VIP Staffing LLC, an event staffing company specializing in servers, bartenders, event staff, chefs, event planners, and other hospitality professionals for weddings, corporate events, private parties, and large-scale events.

I started VIP Staffing in 2019 after seeing how difficult it could be for event hosts and planners to find reliable, professional staff when they needed them most. What started small has grown into a business supporting events throughout South Florida and beyond. I’m excited to continue growing the company and building a strong network of hospitality professionals.

My question for the Community:
For those of you who run service-based businesses, what has been the most effective way you’ve found to turn online leads into long-term, repeat clients?

For turning leads into long-term clients, one thing we hear consistently from our Top Pros is to think beyond just winning that first job. Responding quickly, personalizing the first conversation, delivering a great experience, and following up afterward can help turn that initial connection into an ongoing relationship.

For an event staffing business like yours, I'd imagine there's a lot of repeat potential too. A great experience with one wedding, corporate event, or planner could lead to many more events and referrals down the road.
