Hi @cynbeatty nice to "see" you again! If you check out your rewards page you can see your progress and what milestones you have or still need to reach (looks like you actually are at Platinum/Top Pro status!). You can also see all details about how the program works here! But in a nutshell, you earn points by responding when a customer initially reaches out to you (100 points for each customer). Then you also need to meet certain quality requirements like responding quickly, getting good reviews, and having a complete profile. Hope this helps!

For Pro Status, I think the best approach is to focus on the parts we can control.

For a cleaning business, that means responding quickly, keeping the profile updated, completing jobs professionally, asking happy customers for reviews, and making the customer experience as smooth as possible.

Status points are helpful, but the bigger goal should be building trust. Customers want to see real photos, clear service descriptions, strong reviews, and fast communication.

Even when the points system feels unclear, those habits still help the business long term.
