Unable to Input "Frequently Asked Questions" on Profile Page

"Frequently Asked Questions" lists beneath it, "You have not answered..." However, there appears to be no means of getting to the edit page for this.

Please help!

Thanks in advance!

@pr660 are you in the mobile app or on a desktop computer?

On your desktop after you log in, go to "profile", scroll down to that section and you should see "Edit" to the top right of that section (pictured below):

On your mobile app after you log in, click "profile" (bottom right) and then scroll down to that section and you should see a little pencil icon (pictured below):

If you don't see either of those, let me know!

    @pr660 Yay!

  • If you're encountering an issue where the "You have not answered..." message is displayed beneath a "Frequently Asked Questions" list, and you're unable to access the edit page, consider the following steps:

    1. Check Permissions:
      • Ensure that you have the necessary permissions or role to edit or manage the FAQ section. If you're not the admin or don't have the appropriate permissions, contact someone who does.
    2. Backend Access:
      • If the FAQ section is part of a website or content management system, try accessing the backend or admin panel directly to locate the FAQ list and edit it.
    3. Browser Cache:
      • Clear your browser cache and try accessing the edit page again. Cached data might sometimes interfere with the proper loading of pages.
    4. Contact Support:
      • If the issue persists, reach out to the platform's support or help desk. They might provide guidance or address any technical issues preventing you from accessing the edit page.
    5. Inspect Element (Advanced):
      • If you have technical skills, you can use browser tools to inspect the element and try to locate the link to the edit page. Right-click on the page, select "Inspect" or "Inspect Element," and explore the HTML structure.

Without specific details about the platform or system you're using for FAQs, these are general suggestions. If possible, provide more information about the platform, and I may be able to offer more targeted assistance.
