Then and Now - and why we’re excited about where we’re heading!

Hi everyone, 

It’s been just over a month since we started launching our new Pro Community! It has been amazing building this new Community with you all. We appreciate all of the contributions, ideas, and feedback you have given us and we are already blown away by what we’ve seen.

Here are a few callouts:

1. This Community 13.1% engagement rate (which is amazing). In our previous Community, our engagement rate was at 1%  and the industry standard for a healthy Community is 10%. This is all thanks to YOU. We’re so happy to see you engaging with each other, commenting on posts, and creating your own content. 
2. Since we’re launching this new Community in waves, we have fewer users than we had in our old Community. With having fewer users, we’re still seeing a lot more weekly visits, active users, and posts per week. Again, that is a huge thanks to all of you amazing pros. 
3. Lastly, we’re seeing more pre-generated content than ever before. Keep sharing those resources with one another, posting in groups, and building connections. 

We’ve come a long way in such a short amount of time. We’re excited to see this Community continue to grow with even more amazing pros. Thanks again for all of your help, and please reach out if you have ideas on how to make the Pro Community better!
