My question is are there any other providers out there that are having a problem with the competitive lead pricing platform?

Not sure what issues you are having, but here is a Help Center article about how Max Lead Pricing works. We've also had a lot of discussions about this during our bi-weekly CommuniTEA networking hour, if you're ever able to join.
