Not getting any responses from pros

I need local movers and I’ve sent out at least to 15 pros, and zero replies?? I used to get responses within 5 mins.

Hi @Vonnre1029 - this Community is meant for our Thumbtack pros, but I can try and help! I logged into your Thumbtack account and I actually don't see any projects in progress. I would recommend maybe logging out of the app and back in to be sure you are logged into the right account. Is there an account that you have used in the past that maybe your sending messages from, but you're logged into a different account in the app?
