Thumbtack Scheduling....what am I missing???

Hi, first post here. I am new to Thumbtack this month. I decided I needed to pause any paid leads for a week to catch up and adjust my strategy when those come in. Today I received a lead as shown in the image below, even though I am blocked for today.....what am I doing wrong?

    @TotalitySolutions you'll need to hide your business if you do not want to get any leads. Customers are able to select certain dates, but can also say they are open to other times suggested by the pro - so you may still get leads even if you have a day blocked off (because the customer told us they were open to other days). Hope this helps!

  • DustiO is very unhelpful here. Clients so often (SO often) click that they're open to other dates when they're not. I assume the 'open to other dates' option is checked by default. I spend hours online in chats trying to get Thumbtack to refund based on people doing this. Can we PLEASE get it fixed?
