Does any one else feel like they are not getting reviews like they used to? We use to send the review request and 8/10 would leave one now I feel like it’s about 2/10 will leave one. Kinda makes me feel like the platform is not informing the customer that they have a request for a review.

@Average_joe1 Customers should still be getting those reminders. If you think there may be a bug, I would suggest asking the customers if they are getting those reminders and if they aren't you can report it here. I haven't heard of any known bugs around this, though. Reviews are something we talk about a lot in our CommuniTEA sessions if you are ever able to join you could ask our other pros if they have any tips or tricks that they use in order to get more reviews!
