What is your favorite primer and top coat for painting kitchen cabinets?

We prefer Sherwin-Williams' Extreme Bond Primer following up with two coats of ProClassic Hybrid paint. We also use the Emerald Urethane as a top coat sometimes, but the sheen is a little duller compared to the other brands.
