Dealing with a negative review & customer posting many complaints

I am a Wedding Officiant. I got my first ever in 9 years negative review. OK, I can deal with it. I responded very nicely and apologized for the one thing I felt was a legit complaint. Today she added to her review (also negative) Is there a way that I can stop her from amending or writing? It is really not fair to keep posting.

@Nancy1005 I am so sorry! This is rough — I recall when I received my first (and only!) negative review, and I had worked SO hard for that client. I feel your frustration! I'm glad you responded, always recommended as it shows your professionalism to future customers. Customers are only allowed to edit their review one time, so this customer will not be able to add or edit it again.
