Zero leads and not enough information about my area to estimate amount of leads

So I slow down using Thumbtack about six months ago to a year ago when they were bypassing all of the pros schedule with the preselected “open to suggestions of other dates”. Once in a while, I would come on and on and in hide my business.
I would say for the past two or three months I have had my business visible and I’ve received zero leads, even though having over $1000 spending budget weekly.
I never opted in for instant bookings because I didn’t trust them to do that for me after their epic failure with their scheduling system.
my question is, am I receiving zero leads for services such as “licensed general contractor “ “ kitchen remodeling” “ bathroom remodeling” is this because of the new implemented feature of instant booking, and I have not opted in? Is thumbtack just hiding my business now because I don’t have instant booking activated?
even if I set my max lead cost all the way up it’s still can’t give me an estimated amount of leaves. It just says not enough information about my area.
really makes me wish that I had gotten a copy of all of my reviews on my Google page.
is there any explanation for this?

Thumbtack doesn't "hide businesses", unless you've told us to hide them, or you have targeting turned off - but you may be ranking lower in some of those categories. Your ranking will be affected if you turn targeting on and off - so I would recommend using the "Hide My Business" feature if you want to not be shown for a certain period of time (apologies if that's what you are already doing).
I would mess around with your max lead price/competitive level and see if that helps you show up higher in search results (which should result in more leads/hires). You can also try adding some new photos, getting a couple of new reviews, and responding to existing reviews, as all of those things help with ranking as well. There also just may be lower demand for those types of services on Thumbtack right now - if you look at your insights page and toggle between categories you can see the # of those types of jobs vs the # of pros offering those services.
However I just looked you up and saw that you are ranking in the top 5, at least in Kitchen Remodeling. Have you gone through all of your pricing and preferences recently to be sure they are all filled in and up to date? Also, is your calendar up to date? Wondering if maybe other pros have more upfront availability so customers are booking estimates with them? Not sure what is happening.
On the review front, I would definitely recommend getting some screenshots of your reviews just so you can post them elsewhere, always a good call!
