I had a lot of hope for thumbtack over the last 2 years. I bragged on the company and how it compared to competitors.

since mandatory instant booking I have lost all trust in the company. I will be deleting my account as a top pro untill this is resolved.

I encourage thumbtack to fix this before they lose all trust from their pros.
