What is going on here, am a pro, great reviews and work very hard for my Thumbtack customer, but what is going on. No support, I call says we are closed, reach us at regular buisness our no matter what time I call. There's no one to talk to. I submitted a request to refunded after a customer was requesting a coi certificate of insurance, which I clearly have on my profile I do not provide in the first two sentences, and still get charged, with no one to talk to or speak to manager, or be able to have someone look into the situation, not cool at all. Where is this all going and what is being done, seems like customer just say hi and we get charged! System really does need to be more transparent and make customer aware we get charged. Again Thumbtack what is going on us pros don't deserve this treatment when we work hard and have pro badge to prove it. Really disappointed here.
