Refunds

I can see lot of people talking about it . Thumbtack should be more real when analyzing refund requests . So many costumers don’t respond, click by mistake and etc . But thumbtack keep charging us without any chance

Unfortunately this is a perpetual problem that has been an issue since I joined a year and a half ago. The qualifications for a refund seem to be cloaked in mystery - I get courtesy refunds, I get full refunds and I get plenty of denials of refunds and in most cases they are exactly the same basic premise.
