Missing Payment

I did a service for a customer and she paid through thumbtack, but the money never showed up in my account. I've worked with this customer before and had no issue receiving payment through thumbtack in the past. I have been unable to reach anyone through customer service for help with this issue and even the text service always seems to be "outside of business hours" no matter what time I contact them. As a pro, this is really causing me more issues and frustration than it should. As much as thumbtack charges for leads, you'd think they could at least have decent customer service. Please help

    Is that information okay to share publicly? Also, I can send a screenshot of confirmation of payment sent to me by the customer.
