Poor customer service

I am frustrated that I cannot speak with a live person. I keep getting leads that I am blocked from because Thumbtack indicates my card is not working. checked with the bank and the card is working. I finally get a good lead and I can't get access to it.

Secondly, it seems I only receive leads from a couple of the locations I selected. I want to know why I am not getting leads from all the locations. The weekly wrap up indicates there was 300 jobs I got two. I respond within min and still I seem to be in a black hole and a very small parameter.

I want to speak to a live person about my concerns.
