Hello everyone I’m new here I haven’t had the app a week yet however I received a booking and I was super excited about!! BUT the customer literally just text me phone saying… and I quote “Hello you can cancel it since it's so late thanks for returning my call” and I already paid! Not sure what to do but I need a refund! But Ummm excuse me??? You booked me for a deep cleaning so I called to verify and you asked me will I be cleaning or just driving 30 miles to give her a quote!! Not sure if I’m going to like this!
