Thumbtack Rank is dramatically lower today than it has ever been. We’ve gotten nothing but 5 stars lately. Can anyone help?

    Hi @KW_CleaningCo2024 - I took a look and you are currently ranking #2 from what I can see. Here is an article that covers what can affect ranking. I know it took me a couple days to answer (sorry about that, I totally missed this post yesterday!), so you may have been ranking lower when you posted this! Let me know if that article answers your question. Keep in mind that your ranking can be affected by a lot of factors, including what other pros in the area are doing, but from what I can see you are looking GREAT!
