Feature opportunity: Have you helped a homeowner preserve or restore something?
Hey Pros! We're looking for anyone that has a story of helping a TT customer preserve anything that was of value to them. This could be as big as working on a historic home to something smaller like preserving a wedding dress. Hoping to highlight the work you did to help homeowners preserve their homes. Again it could be small projects, helping frame a flag, painting or refinishing a piece of heirloom furniture, or working with a customer to preserve the history in their home.
Drop a comment below if you have a story to share and we'll reach out with more details.

I'm tagging in everyone who has indicated that they may be in an industry where you've done projects like this, so you don't miss it!

Hey Dusti. We have Thumbtack customer examples for what you described.

@cccruver37 Amazing! Can I have my team reach out to you directly via email?

I was charged over $50 for a lead on thumbtack and the person was a complete flake. They were incoherent and ended up cancelling the request. But thumbtack still took my $50 and I absolutely need that to be refunded. This was my first lead on thumbtack and I am very unhappy about this experience. This is crazy.

@DCS Thanks for stopping by - we are not able to help with refunds here in the Community. However, I was able to check and it looks like that lead has already been credited back to your TT account. You can see the credit if you go to your "payments" page - you'll see that you have $50 credit in your account. In the future, please keep in mind that we try to keep conversations on topic, so if you have a question that is unrelated to the post, please post it separately in a new discussion so it doesn't get missed. Thanks!
