Thumbtack profile is slow and is not updating

Hello, there are a few number of issues I'm having with my profile. First, when I send out reviews to my clients they are not receiving the email. 2nd, I removed few photos in my collection but the photos are still showing up on my profile, it looks like it is not updating the changes I made. Could someone please help me on this?

@eskay0201 I believe updates to photos can take up to 24-48 hours to be reflected. I'm not sure what's happening on the reviews/emails side as that could be a lot of things (like it could be their email provider sending it to spam, etc). I would recommend submitting a bug report if you do feel there are bugs - you can do that here. Thanks!
