Fake Leads

I've had to file complaints with the California Attorney General and FTC because I keep getting fake leads and when I submit refund requests, I get automatic denials. Additionally, Thumbtack does not verify whether a phone number is invalid or disconnected, as many of these leads were such phone numbers. Even when I got a 555-555-5555 phone number, Thumbtack still said it was a valid lead.
