Notes area in leads

Is there an area in the leads where I can lead notes that are visible only to me?

I don't believe there is, but this is a cool idea! We do have several integrations that you can add to your TT account to track your leads in a CRM - and then you could leave notes there? Have you checked those out? They are all here! Maybe one of those would work for you and may help with this!
