I've heard buzz that there's a Zoom call on 25th of September. How do those of us Top Pro's get on that call?

DustiO thanks for the follow-up and I registered for it. I've also seen some buzz on some of the forum posts about account managers for Top Pro's. Having been on the platform for 8+ years and a Top Pro (as well as participating in the Thumbtack Events in DC when they used to occur) how is it that I have not heard of of this nor do I have one given my longevity and my status/performance on Thumbtack?

Unfortunately we don't have account managers for top pros, although I wish we could do that!

DustiO If it doesn't exist then it would be great addition to be better competitive with Angi, Yelp, and the like. Supporting the people that pay the bills, i.e your Pro's and especially your Top Pro's, in any way possible I would think should be job number one. Having better customers service options, as it was in prior years, versus what it is now would be great too. I have seen a an ever downward trend in the support of Top Pro's on the platform especially in the last year. The antagonism that I get from some of the current customer service reps these days is highly unprofessional. I used to love the platform and refer it to anyone that asked me about it but I have stopped doing so long ago.
