I was a Pro, since retired. Now I can’t request services for my home since my account is closed

I no longer want to get requests for bids, so I had to close my account. However, being retired I am looking for services from Thumbtack pros, but when I try, it says my account is closed. How do I have an account as a customer, but not as a Contractor?

@Gary Let me see if I can get some help on this one and I will let you know if it's possible to reactivate your customer account and not your pro account. Thanks!

@Gary Can you try logging in to your old account now? You should be able to see your customer account active and your pro account will remain deleted. Let me know if it doesn't work!
