Early access to the new version of texting client with no cost until hire

for the pass couple day I had an option in my lead category where I had early access to this new program where we can text a client at no cost and if I get hire I only get charge. Every time I click on it I just get a continuous 3 dot loading and never able to move forward. Now when I look for it I can’t even find it anywhere anymore was that something that wasn’t supposed to happen or am I missing something.

    Hi, @chilogm1 ! Following up on this — right now, booking inquiries are in early testing with a small number of pros, and isn't broadly available yet. After taking this screenshot back to the product team, it looks like you were one of the pros impacted by a testing error from back in August, where some messaging was sent to a larger group before this feature was available. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused!

    You should have received an email about this the week of Aug. 26, apologizing for the error and informing you that we will let you know as soon as this feature is available more broadly for pros in home booking categories. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we were able to remove that recommendation card.

    Stay tuned in the coming months for more information on when this will be available to you!

  • @CaileeM when I saw it it show what will be available and some of the services that I provided was on the list pretty much all that I provided. I was like Humm okay some new stuff but I wasn’t able to get in there at all

    If you offer booking services, this will likely be available to you hopefully in the near future. Once again, apologies for the pre-emptive teaser sent in error, but we are so excited to share more on this when it is ready for you!
