How does one remove a duplicate lead from their Leads and Bookings page?

Had a customer post her lead twice (and I was charged twice, but that's another complaint). I engaged her on the first lead that showed up, but her second lead still shows up on my Leads and Bookings page. Please note I do not want to confuse her by engaging her in a chat in the second lead.

    @structuralguy65 I think the best way is probably to do what you did and let the customer know that you received another request from them, but that you'll be following up in the original thread.
