Thumbtack Pro new update notification glitch

I have not been able to receive any of my leads ever since this recent update. I’ve updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled, contacted thumbtack tech support and I was advised to reach out to Apple. Apple tech support confirmed that it’s not on their end but on thumbtack app development team. This has caused me so much inconvenienced, I am a top pro and this week I’ve missed over 8 jobs because of this issue. Can someone please help me

    @Ar415 I'm sorry, this sounds super frustrating! I would recommend emailing this exact thing to Support@thumbtack.com — it looks like when you called they did the basic troubleshooting steps, but I think at this point it probably needs a bug report submitted.

  • I’ve had the same problem. I spend close to $1000/month on leads, but for the last month I’ve received ZERO leads. None. I know the jobs are out there, because when I look under opportunities, they all fit my profile.

    I called thumbtack and the person who answered basically said he guessed there was no demand for my work (absolutely not true, as evidenced in opportunities), and that he looked at my account and saw it had been viewed. Well, that’s true if one view over the last 30 days constitutes being viewed. I’m so fed up and frustrated. I don’t know what to do.
