Custom budget for leads

I have a business and I have been using thumbtack for years now. I have experienced this platform thru a lot of there changes and updates. The fact that they don’t allow you to adjust you budget until Monday does not seem feasible to me. I have already max out my budget and it is now Thursday. I can no longer accept and more leads or increase my budget until Monday. My business will no longer be shown on search results until Monday when my budget resets. Ive been debating on utilizing other platforms where I can pick up the extra business. . I felt I made more money this week and would like to increase my budget and invest more into thumbtack to get more leads. But it’s pretty much prevents you from investing more into platform to get more leads. Our company is not satisfied with the changes they made to adjust budget

I think it’s a way to grab more money from you so instead of starting with a low budget of $30 which you get some easy and cheap leads now if you have that budget all the way to $3/4/5/6 they going to eat through it and you won’t be able to lower it and now you’ll either have to pause your business or let them go through it. The best way I been easing mine is when they offer free leads if you raise your budget by x amount of money which makes no sense since you have to keep that budget for 2 weeks or go unlimited and give them the options to send you some crazy price leads and everyday to eat your budget.
