suspicious jobs

The lead was suspicious so we removed it for now.

Anyone been getting this after some leads that they didnt get hire for. i was doing some refund request and i end up on like 3-4 of them anyone or is it just me at the moment if you running to tehe same thing please let me know or maybe check your not hired leads to make sure if you have any of them

Be sure that if a lead is suspicious you are reporting it in your app. You may already know this, but you do that in the messenger thread with the customer, by clicking on the three dots in the message thread. And, hopefully the recent update to verify customer phone numbers will help eliminate some of these!

@Sherry6 We have some systems and teams in place to catch spam — this was likely the case here. However, if this doesn't automatically happen in an instance and you do feel like a lead is suspicious, please report it. You will do that with the three dots at the top of the messenger thread within that lead. That way the team can take a look at it. Thank you!
