Something is seriously wrong
I was looking at my business insights just now, and it is using October 21 as “a week ago.“ Look at these stats and tell me there isn’t something seriously wrong. It says 14 leads compared to “a week ago,” yet I’ve received ZERO leads since October (third pic). What is going on?

Thank you so much! It doesn't make any sense to me. Zero leads this month so far. I'd love to have an answer, never thought I'd have to beg Thumbtack to take my money!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate your help. This has been impacting me financially all month and I didn't think anything would help. I've called customer service and begged to speak to someone who could help, and I was just told that everything looked fine and I just wasn't competitive enough. No one could explain why my stats changed so dramatically, though.
My background check also just went through after almost 1 year exactly. I couldn't get help on that either. Now I at least have a badge (though I still can't see it).
