Reviews by non paying customers.

It seems to me that if you have not been a paying customer your review should not count towards the average that Thumtack calculates.
It is a little too easy to hurt the competition in this manner.
I am not saying that they shouldn’t be allowed to enter a review. And those review should also show. They just shouldn’t affect the averages of the TSer.
Any other thoughts??

If you believe that your competition has left you a review in order to hurt your review rating, I would definitely reach out to support@thumbtack.com. Otherwise, customers are allowed to review based on the overall experience with a pro (ie they may not hire a pro, but have had an interaction with that pro that was either good or bad and they are able to leave a review based on that).
