Google calendar won't sync

I linked my Thumbtack account to Google Calendar a few days ago and it worked fine. However, new events on my google calendar did not update to my Thumbtack availability. Today, I updated my settings to include another calendar from Google as well, and hit the button to link. It has now said it is in the process of linking for several hours, but nothing has changed on my availability. I can't disconnect from Google because I can't change the Google settings at all. And I can't even find how to contact customer service about this! Help!
