Let's Just Make it, Make sense. Either Charge Lower rates for these Ice Cold, Low intent, low budget, tire kicking leads OR keep the rates , limit connect-ability to 1 pro a hour and if the pro is not picked within the hour then open up ability to inquire with more pros , and add a budget section in the filter Funnel before even connecting with the pro. That way TT can see first hand they often charge 40%-60% of lead Revenue & it also give Pros the chance to pre qualify leads..stopping the dead end bidding wars or the guess the number game with clients.
