Export past leads

hello, I’m only wanting to export the the phone number & name of my past leads. I don’t want to have to toggle back & forth on the app for each lead. Rather, export all of them at once. Thank you, Ruby Powell

I don't know if this is possible to export what you are trying to export - however, do you have a CRM connected to your Thumbtack account? You can see what integrations we have available here that may be able to help with this!

I want to just export my leads to analyze our results. Where would I find all of our leads in one place? I don't need numbers or other contacts, just their names and the date of the lead in one place.

I happened to stumble into this conversation. I wrote my own CRM, do you have API documentation that I can use to ingest the data? I've been "hand jamming" it, which has provided incredible insights into everything, but if I can automate it going forward, I will.

FWIW: 14 years MySQL, 20+ years PHP, 27 years of web development. Enough experience to be thoroughly embarrassed that I'm too busy to maintain my website and I had to hire someone to do it.

@DustiO I don't see a way to connect this to my HubSpot CRM. The integrations page has tools I don't use or need. That is why I am asking about an excel spreadsheet to export the data to drive better insights.

@DerHilfer_LLC I have definitely chatted with other pros who have done custom API integrations. This is very admittedly something I know little about. I know @AlFaber has done this as well, @andynathan - I am also asking our integrations team if they have any insight into how you might be able to integrate your hubspot and/or export the data you want. I will definitely let you know what I can find out!

I wanted to follow up here, as I heard back from the team and even if connecting a CRM there is not the ability to export historical data (only data moving forward). Sorry that I couldn't help find a solution!

That's fine. I've probably collected more historical data than API supports anyway. I will certainly be exploring this soon.
