Limited availability

why does my profile show that I have “limited availability”? I haven’t blocked any time off, and I have my availability set to ‘any time’, seven days a week. I don’t have my Google calendar connected to thumbtack either.

The calendar doesn't work. My business is closed on Sundays. Thumbtack will allow users to request service on Sunday from my business. Most expect same-day service at that. FRFR, any quality professional besides an electrician or a plumber will not show up on the same day. I have bookings through November of this year. I can always get you on my schedule within a week, but not today.

A recent headache was a user who thought I would show up on Sunday, even though I had all but Friday blocked off. I managed to find time to shoe horn her into Monday and when I was 10 minutes away, she told me someone else helped her already. Every day she had specified was blocked off.

As a former web developer, calendaring is a pretty simple function.

My only work-around is to "Hide my business" when I go to bed Saturday night and turn it on when I wake up Monday morning.

@RuffTimes this could be due to you being almost at your weekly budget limit, as once you hit that you won't show up in search results anymore. I might try playing around with that (maybe adding just a few dollars) to see if that helps.
