I try to target just Real Estate or land developers , and Thumbtack kept sending me weddings and headshots, and i only received credit for one.

@calexcyou I just took a look and you haven't had any leads in those categories since 2019 - it looks like at one point in time you had those categories enabled, but you're currently only receiving leads for commercial and real estate photography. For those that came in in the past, you would have needed to request a refund within 30 days of the lead, so keep that in mind for the future. However, it looks like you currently have it set up to receive the correct types of leads.

If you saw something recently, it could have been in your "Opportunities" tab, which would be leads that are either from customers who haven't hired a pro yet or for jobs adjacent to your current preferences, but you would only pay for those ones if you chose to accept them and if the customer responds to you.
