Hi, I have noticed that for some reaon, the quote requests from user of the app to us Pros can only display the all important "message" section - describing the particular issue experienced / thing requested for service by the user - on the TTack app.

When the webpage is used, either mobile or desktop, that section is missing. See screenshots: (the smaller, last one is of the webpage; same request but the message only appears on the app int he 1st 2 pics)

Even with the challenged grammar iof the post, it is all important to know what the prospective customer needs, and as we all know too well i am sure, the generic "Job Type" is just too generic. I have had people checking "computer repair" and then when I answer their request I find out they need a refrigerator looked at(!).

I have tried for awhile to bring this to someone's attention at TTack but never recieved a response, not even the old "we'll look into that for future development" message.

I want to make sure I am understanding the question clearly so I can do some digging - is this when you are looking at an "opportunity" on desktop? You can only see the high-level details, but can't see the customer's message? But, you ARE able to see it when you look in the TT app?
