My views are rising but my leads stopped

hello! Usually my view to lead ratio is pretty high but now it can be 80 views with only 1-2 leads that doesn’t reply. It can’t be ranking because I’ve been #1 in all of my areas for the past year . I had multiple friends try and book me and 80% of them showed that I was unavailable to do the job. Even though I fit the EXACT criteria they typed. There’s no job we can’t do in our field or don’t accept . The others were able to book . So why am I being blocked from being able to do jobs

    @TexasPoolGurus Sorry for the delayed reply! I have been out for some family stuff. It looks like the card you have on file needs to be updated, which would explain why you are not showing as available if someone looks at your profile. As far as more views + less leads, I am not sure why this would be happening. Another thing I noticed that might help on the leads to hires ratio is your response time. You can see how your response time compares to other pros on your performance dashboard
