A way for local pros to differentiate.

Hello Thumbtack community,

You know what would be cool? A way for Thumbtack to differentiate between people who offer online services only and people who provide in-person services.Our home organizing services do well on Thumbtack, and the lead prices are a good value. But I tried to start a coaching service, and the lead prices were like 4x the cost of our normal leads and unaffordable, so it has stopped me from offering that service. I assume this is because I'm competing against lots of people who are not local but offer online services. However, I work in person. I see the same thing going on for personal trainers. I assume it's easier to rack up reviews when you cater to anyone with an internet connection. But when you work in person, you will be limited to where you travel. Is there any way Thumbtack can level the playing field for local pros who live in the areas they serve?
