Opp leads with business hidden

Are customers receiving opportunity lead messages when my business is hidden? When I look at the message portal I never see a blue “read” checkmark next to the quote I send. And I never get replies to these messages.

Since I don’t think you’ll understand what I’m describing, I’ll walk you through it:

1. I hide my business.
2. I look at opportunity leads.
3. I see one I’d like to quote on.
4. I tap on “I’m Interested” and send a quote.
5. I filter messages by “sent quotes.”
6. I tap on one of those messages.
7. I can see that there’s no blue check mark, so the customer never saw the message.

Question: Are my messages in this context being blocked because my business is hidden?

@Bricago they are not being hidden - but the rate of customers who view opportunities in general is very low, since these are customers who have already reached out to other pros, but maybe have not marked a pro as hired, or they haven't heard back from the other pro. Hope that makes sense!

What’s the point of sending opportunity lead messages if the clients don’t see them? Why not make them more visible to the client so they know there are other offers available to them? It’s a painfully obvious glaring error in the Thumbtack app.
