I can't speak for Video Production, but you need to keep very accurate notes to get the most out of Thumbtack.

If you're referring to selling services here in this online Community (community.thumbtack.com) this space is only for Thumbtack pros - so no customers here :) You can also join our bi-weekly virtual meetings where you can chat with other Thumbtack pros and get advice.
